Amazing customer service
It's been a long time since I had to rent and I was very anxious.
These guys are amazing. Very attentive, ensuring I am happy with the service. They provide customers service second to none.
I had a couple of problems such as an oven not working correctly and same day they had a new one ordered. Same with a repair in the bathroom, same day service.
Now I know this is not always going to be the case, due to engineer availability etc but I do know they will do all they can to provide that excellent customer service.
I would have no issue recommending Casa Lettings Leigh.
Thea and Steve are an excellent team.
