We recently purchased a wonderful seafront property through Niche Homes. The team at Niche, in particular Mike Whitehead (Senior Sales Agent) were superb. We began speaking with Mike 2 years prior and had a couple of viewings in the area. He got to know us, understood what we were looking for and stayed in regular contact with us. The quality of the interactions stood out. When we had sold our property, Mike and the team came into their own and acted as our buying agent and identified a number of on and off-market opportunities. Mike supported and advised us through negotiations on our chosen property. Claire Skilbeck helped to progress the sale and we exchanged very quickly. A first class experience.

We have gone through Niche to both sell our property and buy a new one. They have been brilliant and worked so hard on our behalf. From the outset, Mike was professional and friendly and worked so hard to find us a buyer. He communicated regularly on the progress we were making, and when things fell through on the day of exchange, Mike was a miracle worker in finding a new buyer and getting the house move back on track. Three weeks later, we have just exchanged with a new buyer in place! Charlene and Karen were also fantastic at the key exchange points and worked relentlessly to ensure the chain’s success.
