I met Bill (Flateau) when he arrived to value my flat as I was considering selling and going into a retirement property. I was extremely impressed with Bill, by his dress, manner and extremely pleasant way of talking to me, explaining thoroughly the market and the pros and cons of buying/selling. Nothing was too much trouble. He was not hurried and I could tell straight away that he knew what he was talking about. Really I have bought and sold quite a few times but this is the first time that I thought the Agent was really interested and understood my plight of not really knowing what to do about selling/buying. I did once have a bad experience with Haart (quite a few miles away from here) but Bill completely changed my mind. I would now, because of Bill Flateau recommend Haart to anyone I know who asked for a decent Agent. He was a great advert for your company.

Just want to say a huge thank you to the Haart team for all the work they have done regarding the sale of my Mothers house. From the initial valuation all the way through to sale has been completely seamless, and they have been a fantastic help all the way through, constantly communicating on all aspects of the sale right the way through to completion. It is a more complicated process when you are selling somebody else's property but the help and advice i have received has been first class, even down to recommending a solicitor to deal with the sale. Big thank you to Bill Flateau for the initial contact and valuation, and to everybody else i have spoken to in the team, everybody has been a fantastic help.

What can I say !!!! Steve is the best estate agent I have dealt with ever. He has a lovely manner and really treats you with the upmost respect and care. He’s communication skills are absolutely outstanding. He has worked so hard on my chain keeping me informed even on he’s day off!!!!! I wish all estate agents were like this because when your moving you become so stressed and it’s difficult to understand the chain and what’s happening with it, but Steve has made this so much easier to deal with. He communicates with the whole chain and finds out exactly what going and lets me know straight away. I can’t thank him enough for he’s hard work and the amazing way he deals with he’s clients. I really do hope he’s recognised by the mangers of the company for being a very important member of their team and is rewarded for he’s amazing work he does for Harrt. Having had some terrible experiences with two estate agents prior and our house being stuck on the market for over 18 months we then sold within 10 weeks of being with Haart. Such a difference in the quality of care and communication; everything was taken care of, even down to them chasing solicitors and pushing through to completion. We won't be using anyone else again, cannot thank Steven, Spencer and the team enough.

Moving is one of the most stressful things you can do but not with Steven and his amazing team. From the very start Spencer was amazing and offered us all the support we could ask for. Harry kept in constant contact with us regarding viewings and feed back. True their word they done all the viewings and amazingly after 4 viewings we had a buyer. I would never use haart again they did not sell my house, I changed estate agents which they were fine about then 2 years later they've said I was in breach of contract and they want 3% commission, after a lengthly battle I have to pay them £6000 with solicitors on top. So unfair considering I already paid commission to an estate agent. I could go to court but am too nervous. So thought I'd settle out. So not happy with haart.
