GoogleFaheem, who works in the leicester city centre branch, is a must go to. Honestly, I was amazed by the amount of work and effort he has put into this job and it clearly goes to show once you speak to him. I originally went in to inquire about a flat I was looking to rent in the near future and I went in to speak to him and he enticed me into renting it. He is as honest as one could be. I tend to realise when speaking to other estate agents they can be a bit deceiving but with Yourmove and Faheem in particular I had no problem whatsoever. I have been renting for a few months now and Faheem keeps in contact with me to see how I am doing and to be honest I think that’s brilliant as not once have I been disappointed with my flat. I will be returning at the end of my contract to buy a house and there is no doubt to whom I will go see. I would recommend to go see him if you’re looking at renting a flat or even buying a house as he is honest and he tries his upmost best to keep everyone happy.

GoogleThis company is one of the most misleading and player. After my offer have been accepted and start preparing to get mortgage in principle and put my house for sale 3 weeks later there were no sold sign on potential new house neither on right move . They waste my time and money. PLEASE HOUSE OWNERS if you want to sale the house do not put it from YOUR MOVE or you want to buy a house don't waste your time with them at the end and at the final minute they turn around and disappointing you like they did with me and many others. Technically they have wasted 3weeks of my time. Specifically DAVID Tomlinson. A branch manager.

FacebookIf anyone rents a property via Your Move I would seriously request a yearly statement. As the finance team add renewal fees on without your knowledge (I had two lots in 2017 and paid my normal one in August). It wasn’t until I ended my tenancy that it came to light, was told to ignore the error, but when it came to my deposit it was deducted from my final payment. I’ve emailed in several occasions was told it’s in hand, but yet still not received my money which is rightly mine. So remember .. always get yearly statements which you’d think they would send anyway!

GoogleThis is the worst letting agency(your move Leicester) I ever seen in my whole life and this is no joke. booked to view a property , agent no show but on that morning she called and confirmed our property viewing . Called the company after wait for 30 minutes she told me our appointment is not in her diary and said maybe our calls have been redirected to Southampton office and told us not to worry the property that we are interested in still available and would call us the next day to rearrange appointment . Check the property online on the same day and finds out the property is LET AGREED and to make sure what we see online is true so we asked the staff there and she still said yes it is still available . Waited the next day , haven't received any calls and the property we are interested Ads are removed from the website . So the story is , after the property is being let they don't bother to call u to let u know and even let u waiting OUTSIDE THAT LET AGREED PROPERTY FOR HOURS. they will gave u alot of excuse and make lots of story's and lies to make themself feels comfortable after what they have done . Seriously the worst company I ever seen. Would gave minus stars if I could. Avoid this company.
