Currently in the process of buying and selling with the property fox. Cannot rate these guys enough. Nothing is too much trouble. Personally I've only ever bought a house before so had no clue about selling but they are so informative. Cannot wait now to be in our forever home! Thank you for all your help so far! Jesse, John, Elise and Michael you're all stars! Highly recommend!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Estate agents don’t always have the best reputation, but John did that which was expected of him: he sold our rental for us with a minimum of fuss.

These are by far the best estate agents I’ve dealt with. Nothing was too much trouble and they did everything they said they’d do. I was kept informed every step of the way and even sold my house for full asking price within a week for full asking price! I’ve recommended The Property Fox to 2 people already and will use them again in the futurePositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

John @ Property Fox is amazing. We have needed him for advice for various reasons over the last few weeks. Nothing has been too much trouble and if he couldn’t help he knew someone that could. Our situation was nothing short of stressful and he made it so much easier to handle! We will certainly be using him/them again in the future and would highly recommend them for sure. Thanks again John 😊

John and Emma at the propertyfox were fantastic. They made the process of buying a house through them so easy and stress free. They were very good at keeping me informed all the way through and it was fast and efficiently dealt with. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who were looking for a Property and I wouldn’t hesitate if I ever am looking to sell or move elsewhere dealing with them.

A fantastic and easy experience selling my house. The property fox team handled everything so that I experienced minimal stress throughout the process. Always available to pick up any queries, and helped to keep all parties honest throughout the process. I couldn't recommend anymore. If we ever moved again, then we would use the team at Property Fox without a second thought.

Recommend 100% the whole process has been 5 star. Literally nothing has been too much, always on hand to answer my questions and equally informing me of any information, I wouldn’t think twice about who I would use if I need to sell again! Thank you for everything Tracy

Great estate agents, had lots of views and sold within the first weekend it was put on. Lovely family atmosphere to the company and cannot do enough for you. Was put at ease about the selling process and used there in- house legal team too. They showed everybody around and sold it very quickly. Very impressed.

After having a terrible experience with Vincent’s Estate Agents ending in our last house falling though, The Property Fox have been brilliant! They knew about our previous house and were supportive about our thousands of anxieties! They were easy to get hold of and were able to answer all of our questions. They made the process as simple and straightforward as it could have been. Would recommend.

Can't recommend property fox enough. We sold our property with them and bought with another estate agent and the difference between the two was clear. The communication is excellent, the people are friendly and the whole process was easy. I'd happily use property fox again!

We bought and sold a house with Property Fox in 2019, it was a great service, despite some unexpected hiccups out of our control. We will definitely use again. Very friendly personal service, which you don't get very often these days!
