I would NEVER recommend this vile place full of rude, obnoxious people.
Anjali is who I dealt with. Anjali is who the previous tenants dealt with too and even they said she was horrible to deal with and they had to tell her a few times how to do her job. She has the worst attitude, I’m surprised she has a job, but she’s obviously in the door for a reason.
When she managed the rental property I was staying in, she didn’t do any maintenance, whenever she was asked to do something she didn’t do it.
She would always have some BS excuse, I have email logs full of her excuses or ignorance.
After 2 rental increases they decided to sell the property under my nose. I left the property happily after it damaged over £500 worth of MY stuff due to damp and water damage. Again, they have no care to fix it or compensate, they didn’t bother because they were selling it, they were still happy to take rent even though I caught pneumonia from the cold damp house. More evidence I have to suggest their lack of professionalism and care. They don’t decorate or clean in between tenants, I had to do it all myself. The property stank and needed so much work doing before I could move my furniture in.
Due to vacating they caused me that much stress I dropped the keys to them and left. They didn’t give me an ‘end of tenancy’ form. I got no proof of my end date except some pathetic little email from Anjali that any idiot could have wrote.
Now I have received a debt letter for the dates after my tenancy ended. Without the end of tenancy I cannot prove what date I left this property which means I have to pay for their debt. Shows how desperate they are.
Anjali is a fool and thinks she can talk down to you and blackmail you. She said she would only give me the end of tenancy if I asked my sister to remove a google review? A google review that only told the truth and had pictures of my items ruined. This is blackmail at its finest and I’ve been forced to report her and Shonki bros for their unlawful behaviour and vile attitudes, nobody in business should own. Anjali is very unprofessional and I believe there to be something dodgy going on. If there is I will get to the bottom of it. They have caused me enough stress and money and now after todays phone call with Anjali I have no other choice but to pay their debt, get it back through court and report them to every ombudsman and council there is. I gave them a chance when I contacted them a few days ago asking them nicely to send the end of tenancy, hope that they were all okay, the witch had to go and blackmail, after what I’ve been through in my life no small little backstreet company has the right to blackmail me. Now I’ve heard they have reported me for calling out her blackmail, they have apparently reported me to the police, but funniest thing is the police do not get involved in civil cases. So more BS out of her mouth. We will see how clever they feel after they get what’s coming to them. They need to understand this is not how we conduct business in the UK and they need to understand and educate themselves on the British laws and what they’ve done is illegal. These people do not care and will do everything in their power to belittle and undermine you. I am in the process of reporting them. I am surprised at the outcome due to all the evidence I have and how it doesn’t look good for them. They could have simply be human and gave me my document. Instead they wanted to state power. This doesn’t sit well with me and it will be sorted. Please message me if you need more information or proof, as I have all of it. YellRude, obnoxious, scamming, blackmailing people
Shame I had to give 1 star!! Terrible, insulting, disrespectful individuals. Dealt with them over a 2 years ago. Their house was not fit for anyone to live in. Covered in damp and mould.They don’t clean the properties in between tenants so I spent more money in cleaning and painting the property before I could even move in. They didn’t do any maintenance. These people were always so ignorant and would belittle me with every conversation. I don’t know whether it’s just them as people or their beliefs but every single one of them are incompetent. The old man who apparently owns it is useless, Obviously he needs to remove himself if he cannot manage.They refused to give me an ‘end of tenancy’ at all. Now I’m left with a debt letter that’s be written to me but it’s months after my tenancy ended. They are refusing to pay and blackmailing me to remove my google review. Also refusing my end of tenancy so I cannot prove I wasn’t there. Scam artists. This business needs shutting down! ASAP!
