We had to make the difficult decision to sell the family home after my Mum moved into a care home. We chose Karl because of his professionalism and attention to detail and he’s a genuinely nice guy. From our very first meeting through to the call on completion day, Karl worked tirelessly and conducted himself with an exceptionally high level of care, integrity and professionalism. His knowledge, experience, diligence and ability to communicate the detail in a clear and meaningful way were sincerely appreciated throughout. What impressed me most, however, was the time Karl took to understand what this house meant to us. This wasn’t just another property - it was the home I grew up in, and had been in our family for over 40 years. Karl took the time to listen, to understand the backdrop to our sale and hear some of the stories held within those walls. That stood in contrast to other agents who barely paused after stepping through the front door. From those early conversations, it was clear that Karl is not only deeply knowledgeable about the market, but also truly passionate about property, and mindful that every sale carries its own unique history and circumstances.

We absolutely couldn't be happier! Karl is a rare find. It's easy to think that estate agents have an easy part to play in a house sale (I'm sure many don't work very hard) but it wouldn't be true for Karl; he worked his socks off, never complaining, always accommodating our (and our buyers') endless requests for viewings and information. I honestly don't think we'd have sold our house in this tough market had it not been for Karl. This is supposed to be a really stressful transaction; I don't think it was as stressful as it could have been since Karl definitely took his share! If I could give 20 stars, I'd be doing so.

Karl looked after the sale of our Mums house in Glenfield after she sadly passed away earlier this year & I have to say he was the ultimate professional. From start to finish he kept us in the loop on every detail every few days each week. Chased up things when needed to be done without us asking (we never had to chase him for anything) & was a pleasure to have acting on our behalf. He even assisted me with a couple of minor issues AFTER the sale had been completed when he probably did not have to & never questioned this, above & beyond I would say. Never did we have to doubt or question his abilities & work efforts & with his company being local in Glenfield it make the experience more enjoyable in supporting our local businesses. After meeting 3 different estate agents, my gut instinct was to go with Karl at O'Flynn Estate Agents on behalf of my brother and I to deal with the marketing of my late mums house.
