Knightsbridge’s are definitely one of the leading estate agents in Leicester and the surrounding area. The sales package is very impressive with excellent photos, drone coverage of the property, 3D footage, a friendly service, with supported viewings if required. From the start Knightsbridge were honestly outstanding! They kept us up to date, answered so many of our questions and pushed really hard for completion. There really wasn’t anything too much for them and we can’t thank them enough for helping us get into our first home together. Special thanks to Denise who made our experience so much better even in the difficulties we faced with our solicitor. And even when Denise was away the other members of the team pick up our case and were fantastic! Couldn’t recommend a better company.

Knightsbridge was not my selling agent; they were handling the property I was purchasing. My own estate agents were terrible. Denise was your selling agent, and she was brilliant. Great service from start to finish. The sales team were brilliant from the start on the early negotiating sale side. Always felt I could get hold of the team for any questions etc. Then we were passed to Denise for sales progression who was faultless. She kept us up to date throughout the entire process both on whatsapp and also phone calls. Communication was superb throughout, always felt I could get help if needed! Would not hesitate to recommend Knightsbridge to anyone looking to buy/sell a property!

FacebookWe bought from Knightsbridge over 10 years ago and more recently sold with them. We heartily recommend their excellent service as they are a great team with very dedicated valuation, sales and after-sales support. We give particular thanks to Glen Reader, Jake Holmes and Samantha Harris who were always helpful, honest and very proactive on our behalf. Knightsbridge are in property - but they are all about people and are knowledgeable about the whole Leicester market - not just limited to the immediate areas to their offices! We give Knightsbridge our most solid recommendation!
The most unprofessional letting agency and with incredibly rude people to talk to. THEY ASK FOR REFERENCES TO BOOK A VIEWING ONLY. Even though you don't know whether you will go ahead with the renting or not. And the application form talks about a pending move and not to book a viewing. From my impression, my own opinion based on my experience, they are trying to discriminate against people with the excuse of following Covid-19 government advice JUST A FEW DAYS BEFORE TO REOPEN INDOOR HOSPITALITY!!!!! THIS IS ABSURD! And here, I quote the words of the Prime minister: "From Monday 17 May indoor hospitality can reopen and indoor entertainment can resume, including cinemas, museums, and children’s play areas. Up to 6 people or 2 households will be able to meet indoors and up to 30 people outdoors." Does it mean I can come to the viewing on the 17th of May without referencing? Unprofessional policies and rude staff! PS I'm still waiting for the government advice you are following. And please, do cancel/silence this post, as many other agencies do.

Rented through Knightsbridge and brought a house through them as well. I have been chasing parcels received at the previous property for over 2 weeks. Multiple phone calls with messages not being passed on. Tried to raise a formal complaint and spoke to Chris who was condescending and informed me that it was my fault the parcel had been delivered to the old address and that it was not their "core business" to chase parcels. I never assumed it was and chasing up parcels isn't my core business either I am a Doctor and mother I have many tasks to be getting on with but the agency is the only way I have of collected the parcel. I was given no time to explain why the parcel was sent there in the first place just assumed blame. Very disappointed in Knightsbridge and when I come to sell my home in the future I will not be using them. Poor communication and lack of professionalism has cost them.

I was quite apprehensive initially with the thought of how stressful I have heard buying a property can be, however Knightsbridge made the whole process seamless. Communication is what really stood out for me. They kept me up to date and informed throughout the whole process. They answered all my questions as novice as some of them may have been, in a timely manner. I would like to especially say Thank you to Thomas, Jackie, Jake, and Samantha for helping me make my first purchase! I would definitely recommended Knightsbridge to Friends and Family.

FacebookAt the beginning they were the perfect estate agents...keeping us updated, on the market especially Gemma and Jake both were exceptional but as you progress you don't hear from them, it gets passed onto a sales progressor, in our case Sam.... as things progressed we noticed the way they were playing all of us the 'most annoying' for example (one that cost us)...they misadvertised property to include x,y,z but did not include it, something which came to light later with solicitors and i then raised with the Sam and also the manager Glen. but all he had to say to their wrongful and misleading Advert was either we buy or not...with the audacity to say he will support us fully!! this comes months into the sale when we have already put money towards solicitors,searches, surveys etc.. ...after this they never called us despite us selling a house with them ...still not heard from them.. there were other games played which we managed to resolve with vendors/buyers since we had contact with them...despite all their lies and dirty games im suprised i did not flip at them... use their pre-sales; it's really good, but only progress if you want a big hole in your pocket and a bad after taste.. there are better more honest agents out there and much cheaper also.... also a good idea to get contact numbers of people you are buying/selling to this prevents fall outs and to get things completed sooner.. I know we did!
Firstly, we would like to thank you for taking the time to give your review. We appreciate that not all reviews can be perfect, but we feel it is important that people do have their opportunity to give their opinion. Obviously, we are disappointed to read your comments and I will answer the points one by one. Great to hear that Jake and Gemma looked after your initial enquiry, and you are correct that once a sale is agreed it is passed to a dedicated progressor. This enables the negotiators to spend their time matching properties to clients and helping other clients realise their dreams. As a company we have dedicated staff to look after the sale as it passes through the process and this has long since proved to improve our completion times to be amongst the fasted in the country. Other feedback from our clients prove that this is a popular strategy and means you have one point of contact. We certainly do not play clients off against each other and the fact that you were communicating directly with your sellers means that conversations you have had and agreements you make are not recorded on the system. In response to your comments of mis-description then this is something which we will strongly defend. As a seller of ours you will know that we will not advertise a property and give out sales particulars until they are signed off and approved by the sellers. In your case you know that the property you bought had certain appliances included on the details which the sellers had approved and agreed to sell within the price. We wholeheartedly agreed with you that these should be included and that you should not be put in the position that you should need to buy these items again. I think at this point it is important to say that the owners should have ensured that these items were left as per the agreement. In reality as they were keen to take these couple of items then they could have replaced them for similar appliances for a very minor cost. We felt strongly that you had a good case and once it reached stalemate, we were supporting your decision not to proceed to purchase and understood your frustration. As you knew of the owners from the local community and decided to back down and proceed to completion then you clearly took a good moral stance. I am sure you can appreciate that when we are fighting your corner and looking to reaching a conclusion that meets with your satisfaction it is not helped when we are being told from the other side that you have spoken directly and not worried about these items. It is very difficult for any agent to be in the middle of difficult and complex negotiations when we are not privy to private conversations between buyer and seller. I do not feel that holding an agent responsible for this is fair or correct. Under normal circumstances we would have contact with you at key collection but you arranged this directly with the sellers but hopefully you received the gift and card from us at your new home. There are certainly cheaper agents out there but they will not spend the time and money that we do in order to ensure that sufficient staff are on hand to help our clients. We are clearly the top selling agent in the area and achieve the highest prices for our sellers. We are also very proud to be shortlisted as one of the top 5% of agents in England which is thanks to our team of dedicated professionals.

Always professional, prompt communication, never pushy, and a wealth of experience and knowledge of the local market. We had some bad experiences with other online agents, and conveyancers, but Hannah from Edward Hands & Lewis conveyancers (recommended by Knightsbridge) ensured the transaction went through smoothly too.
