Hi Rohan Sorry you have felt you needed to leave us this review. We have spoken at length about your issues with your property, and I believe I have rectified them, and it has now been left with you to provide the necessary documentation to back up your claims, which I haven't yet received. Please do get these across to me as soon as possible so I can substantiate your issues and then assist further Many Thanks

Hi Shivani Sorry you have felt you needed to leave us this review. I'm not aware of any issues with your tenancy? Other than you hadn't worked out your rent properly, so had to pay more than you thought you had? However we did work it out together and you simply hadn't done the correct calculation. I'm sorry that you have left us this review off the back of this mis-calculation on your part. We hope you are happy in your new home. Thanks Keywest
