GoogleA couple of years ago I found myself in a horrible situation and had to move I found this house on FB marketplace
The landlord don't live in Leicester ''apparently'' they asked the ex tenants to show my the house while Thier stuff was still in Thier anyways I took the place and was told don't worry hand us the deposit and we will ensure all the work is done. On the day of me moving in they took my deposit and randomly their "nephew died from a motorbike accident in Bali"
So they were unable to address it with me . His wife made it out she was unable to speak to her husband. Months went by and they left me in a property with damp/worktop stuck with duct tape/windows where the rain and wind was coming in/Broken back door . Every time I call or ask it's like yea pay me the rent IL get someone to come by. He then left me with no hot water or heating for two weeks until I found someone and brought them to the house as at the time my son was 1 and a heart patient. He then Paid the fee as the plumber called him directly. Months have gone by and he refused to do the work. I was begging him to come and do the work but he refused . I then Started to do work around the house and short changed his rent and kept receipts.
He then asked me to leave to which I said no he then went and gave me a false section 21 when that didn't work (he didn't want to do it legally with gas certificates) he then took my rent in cash more then once. He then came to the property with his wife at 10pm to look at the house and get the money of me that I was using to fix the house I said no and called the police his wife tried to hit me but couldn't . I then went court where he has forged my signature with his legal team @gheewala solicitors based in London and we agreed I'd leave and hes pay my deposit back as judges order he's told me take me back to court as he refuses to give it back He's also refused to give my stuff back for weeks I've told him my late dads stuff is Thier and I need it but when he finally responds I go Thier and find out my TV has been stolen my late dads things have been taken and he's got no ideas and said ye and what . He actually blamed me and said I'd broke in the house lol. PLEASE PUBLIC SAVE YOURSELVES FROM THE HEADACHE AND DO NOT RENT 14 GREENWOOD ROAD LE5 4NH THE LANDLORD IS LAXMAN MODWAHDIA HE CLAIMS HE LIVES IN DERBY AND WILL GIVE YOU A FAKE ADRESS HE WILL THEN TAKE MONEY OF U WHILE HIS WIFE VERBALLY ABUSES YOU .
@Charles&Derby is apparently his niece and has also helped him lie and steal by providing false pictures and putting a fake for sale board outside the house to scare me all I asked for was my deposit back which even a judge agreed to but he thinks he's bigger then the everyone YOUR UNCLE NEED TO SEND MY DEPOSIT BACK .. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR

GoogleWe went to review the property recently. After viewing, we send an email to our offer based on our condition of the property. After receiving reply, I rang the agent regarding our offer, but the agent(Kirit Lakhani) was so rude and unprofessional and said that my email was offensive as the offered amount he doesn't like and told me that he would not like to do any business with us and hang up the phone...this is really unprofessional behaviour from established estate company...If they doesn't like the offer, they could let us know so we can review our offer but instead this kind of misbehaviour over the phone was unbelievable...

Our telephonic conversation was abrupt primarily because you were trying to justify a price reduction of £35000 from the asking price based on historic water leak marks and some TLC work which would not cost more than £1000 .I tried to explain this to you while you insisted that you have done extensive research and in your opinion,your offer of £165000 was a fair and just offer for the property. In consideration of your elderly parents the landlord required to delay your move in as essential works needed to be carried out with the boiler and the connecting pipes. These faults were detected at the last moment by the landlords engineer. Had the move in gone ahead your parents would have been inconvenienced which we would not allow. Please note all monies were also promptly returned back to you. Many weeks later, you called us from a private number and without disclosing your identity, verbally abused a member of our staff which we will not tolerate.
