Whittaker and Biggs went above and beyond for us whilst we were buying a property from them. Our solicitor unfortunately was very slow and difficult and Tiffany at Whittaker and Biggs helped by stepping in and being a contact between us and our sellers. She made communication much clearer and the process easier and quicker. We would of been so far behind and in a mess without her clearing things up and going the extra mile between us. She was very responsive, professional and clear in her communication and also understanding. Cannot recommend Whittaker and Biggs enough. Lovely enthusiastic and positive team of sales representatives in the office👍🏻 Always someone on hand to deal with a query or update me on my property sale. No hassle in requesting to change price or edit the advert etc. They were always happy to help! Viewings always made possible due to this. So we followed a trend of going with an agent who we thought seemed 'popular and good' (even though they have not been established for a long time) . When our sale fell through after securing our dream home we were devastated and left confused on what steps to take next. Our current estate agent was not interested at all and gave us no advise on what to do next so we decided to go to Whittaker and Biggs. Straight away Tiffany's experience shone through as she was proactive from the start and showed us great empathy of our situation. She was determined to save the chain! Marcus came out straight away, took great pictures of our property. Within a week the property was back on the market, sold within a day and the chain was saved! The communication has been amazing. An estate agent who care. My advice is go with an Whittaker and Biggs who are long established and have a wealth of experience. These areas matter when things go wrong! Thank you so much for your amazing customer service. We love our new home :-)

We bought our house via Whittaker & Biggs, after having dealt with a couple of other estate agents for viewing other properties. We found Whittaker & Biggs to be helpful and professional without being pushy and would definitely recommend them. Having dealt with other estate agents in the process of finding a house I would say that we found Whittaker & Biggs the best to deal with and they made a stressful process as easy as possible. We had most of our dealings with Chloe in the office and found her to be very supportive and helpful.
