GoogleRang for a viewing on a property I was very interested in to be told vendor to be contacted. Heard nothing after two days so rang a staff member seemingly oblivious of my previous contact so requested a viewing again and promised a callback. Got a callback later to say an offer had been accepted!
Rang to complain and asked for it to be put to the Manager. Staff member promised a call back...I'm still waiting nearly a week later and obviously not going to get one.

GoogleAlmost impossible to actually get through to them by phone. When you do you wonder why you bothered. Had to drive 12 miles to arrange a viewing in person to be greeted by negativity. Finally viewed the property and put a offer in same day. 3 weeks! And several chase up calls with no call back as promised still no answer. Absolutely the worst most unprofessional estate agents I've ever had the misfortune to deal with.

GoogleWe have tried on several occasions tried to view properties with Watkins, we also tried to sell through them, after 12months and no viewings we had a knock at the door asking for a viewing, the people said they had been trying for month to get a viewing through Watkins,
We asked them to take better picture and the couldn't be bothered.
We removed our property from them and used somebody else.
Beware with Graham Watkins as if your face doesn't fit you have no chance??

The staff at Graham Watkins has been nothing short of amazing and very understanding during a difficult time while also remaining very professional at every stage. They've taken initiative where needed and I felt safe leaving them in charge of selling the house.

GoogleVERY POOR. I gave one star for someone in the office answering the 'phone. A quarter of a star was not an option. Perhaps it was a " work experience" situation. After 3 ' phone calls no-one turned up for the appointment. I made a 130 miles return trip for them to give a Valuation. Luckily 2 other EFFICIENT Companies did otherwise I would have sent them the Petrol receipts. Call 1 was just to enquirer about a suitable day & time. Call 2 was a confirmation to "slot in" with other two. Call 3 to give my mobile number as requested. NO person turned up & I made a call to ask why on the next day. After 4 days I was contacted by mobile pleading no knowledge. So how did they have my mobile number? PATHETIC! D. Troth.
