From firstly booking our appointment to view the property we saw on rightmove, still to this day (we’ve lived in the property for 9 months) Adam at Addison Mead had been phenomenal!! From when we went to view, there was no pressure, no hard selling techniques just let us view the house and answered all and every question we had (and I had a lot). Once our offer was accepted on the house, the team kept us informed every step of the way and even chasing ours and sellers solicitors so there was no hold ups for us! And being just as excited as we were when we got the call we can’t collect the keys!! We bought a new build so undoubtedly we knew we were going to have snags! But with Addison mead, it couldn’t have been easier! Within 24hrs of reporting when we first moved in, we had people round sorting our issues, and 8 months on any little issue, Adam and the team are still getting it sorted! We couldn’t be happier with the service we received and if I could give more stars I really would!

Adam and Corrie were a buyers’ dream. They provided a truly personal service from the minute we contacted them. We felt that Adam took a real interest in who we are and what we were looking for. When our offer was accepted on our beautiful house, Corrie became a driving force behind the sale - always the most up to date person in the chain, with kindness and professionalism that is so rare. We went from an accepted offer to keys in hand in seven weeks, thanks in no small part to Addison Mead. We only wish we’d hired them to sell our property. Adam's approach is quite different from your 'typical' estate agent. From the moment we first met, until the handing over of keys, he excelled. We never felt it an issue to call (often WhatsApp after-hours), he always responded promptly. Whilst I appreciate we were buying a house and therefore not paying for his services as a seller, we always felt top of his priorities. IF we sell in the future, we WILL be using Addison Mead.

We approached Addison Mead (who were not local to our area) to market our home, after a well known local Estate Agent had failed to show any real enthusiasm in terms of marketing and sales support. We can only say how fortunate we were to have appointed Addison Mead to market our property. Our faith in this company and their professionalism has reaped many benefits, ultimately resulting in the sale of our property and imminent move to our new home. From the outset Adam and Corrie have provided a professional, consistent and caring level of service, individually tailored to our needs. Adam took great care in advising us about the marketing process, including the high quality professional photography service, which highlighted our property to it’s full potential. I've not sold or bought a property via Addison Mead but I would like to thank them for their assistance whilst trying to source a property in the area. I spoke with numerous different estate agents before travelling up to the area. Adam was extremely knowledgeable about the properties we enquired about and couldn't do enough to help (unlike most we spoke with). First class estate agent!!!!🏠🏠 Just sold our house with Addison Mead and wanted to share this review. Prior to going on the market we did a lot of research in estate agents in the area but Addison Mead stood out. Their marketing, their professionalism and their attention to detail made them stand out and we decided to have them value our property, a detached period property in the Staffordshire Moorlands. From the first telephone call to the valuation viewing through to the final correspondence following our sale has been incredible. Adam the owner knows exactly what needs to be achieved and understands the importance of getting the advertising right first time. We shared ideas and he was open to our suggestions as well as sharing a wealth of experience in his field. We were thrilled with our marketing brochure it was classy, superb photography and he even added a logo and chose the text colour that matched our windows etc at our property to create a theme. We were appointed Corrie as our contact who would manage all areas of our sale...... Without sounding over the top she is phenomenal!!! We are quite experienced in buying and selling properties but she is amazing. Not once did we have to contact the agent to chase something she is on the ball with every aspect. Liaising with solicitors chasing the chain, ironing out any issues and literally micro managing every aspect of the sale. She is a lovely person and just gets the stress involved in a house sale and makes everything ten times easier . Her telephone manner is superb and she really removed some of the stress for us and our buyer repeatedly remarked on how wonderful Corrie had been. She goes way above and beyond her job description! We Sold to the first viewers which was fabulous but never did they drop the ball continuing to advertise our property and ensure we were still visible to others searching in the area. They also know how to advertise further a field and target the right buyers for the right properties. The standard this company offer genuinely is superb and We want to say a huge Thank you to both Adam and Corrie for everything you have done. You make a wonderful team. We will definitely be recommending your company. We only moved this last week but wanted to share this ASAP so anybody out there considering this agents don’t hesitate !!!!
