GoogleHere’s the story. I sold my house privately. Natalie Christopher was the agent for my buyer’s house. Despite not being my agent, they lead me through the process and kept me informed throughout. They were professional, friendly and without doubt, if they’d not been involved, I don’t think we’d have come out the other side! Their commitment is outstanding and their passion and drive is incredible. 💯recommend

GoogleI have just purchase my first house in UK, proposed by Natalie Christopher Estate Agent. It has been a pleasure to deal with her for the purchase, she always took the time to explain the process and help go through it. I would like to say she did show show due diligence with the tasks to do, always provided an answer to mail within 24h; there was no question of her involvement. Very important as well, she helped me navigate the exchanges with the conveyor solicitors which could be "challenging". And most important I am very happy with the property, It of very good quality, in a nice neighborhood, exactly what I was looking for. Also, if you have the feeling of reading an accent in the post, that is because I am French ;-)

GoogleNatalie has provided exceptional skills and service with selling the house. The house really struggled to sell in the poor property market. Having already been through 3 different property agents within over a year, Natalie welcomed the challenge of selling the house with lots of enthusiasm. On top of that, it was a sticky situation with the house being owned by a couple who broke up, and weren't always on great terms with each other.... Natalie did a sterling job in managing communications between each party involved and ensuring we felt heard and understood. Natalie has a lot of positive energy and is extremely proactive. She was successful in selling our property at a fair price, for which I am eternally grateful! Would recommend Natalie's services 100%.

GoogleI recently sold my house in Stratford upon Avon and Natalie provided an excellent service. She was optimistic, enthusiastic and on the ball. Her energy seemed endless and her expertise was obvious. One thing that stood was Natalie’s responsiveness. My calls were almost always answered, but when they weren’t, she would always call back the very same day. I would recommend Natalie’s firm to anyone selling their home.

GoogleI met Natalie while visiting a gorgeous property in the centre of Stratford upon Avon. We ended up going with a different property purely based on space but Natalie was a wonderful source of wisdom of not only of the Stratford market but also of all of Warwickshire. Above all, I realized very quickly that she was someone I could trust and I felt she was very honest and not just trying to push a sale. I would 100% use her in the future !
