Mark has been fantastic, providing clear guidance, supporting us with HMO compliance requirements, and organising pre-season catch-ups to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Danielle has also been excellent, taking the lead on maintenance work that is always completed to a high standard. She is incredibly responsive, efficient, and always quick to reply to emails and coordinate issues, which makes everything stress-free.
As a busy family running multiple businesses and managing family commitments, we really value having a letting agent who can truly take care of our properties to a high standard, and MHS are exactly that.
In all the years we’ve worked with them, any minor issues that have arisen were resolved quickly through a strong team effort. They work really well with both landlords and tenants, which makes a huge difference.

They adapted to our needs by sending video viewings of the house whilst we were on year abroad. Throughout the year they responded to any quieres and problems straight away and kept us informed on any kind of maintenance issues. They also returned the deposit with no hassle. Moreover the staff are friendly, easy to contact and the agency office is situated very close to Hyde park/Woodhouse and the University, so you never have to go out of your way.
