GoogleBeware of this company. We appointed them to manage a few of our flats in Morley and everything is a mess. The smaller issues: their accounts is a mess, they got things wrong in all their statements, amount, flat number, dates etc. They are late in transferring you the rent, you need to chase all the time. They are slow to answer your questions, all they know is they said they will come back but they never. Worst issues, they are holding my rents now (I still have no idea how much as I have already terminated with them) and they refused to tell me nor pay me the rent since they said we owed them payments, but we have through our lawyers accounted for all payments we due to pay and they still refused to tell us how much they are holding our money and how much we owe them. 2 months now and all they said is we owe them. Not to mention they are slow to respond to our tenants and a tenant reported to Leeds City Council due to their tardiness. Stay away from this company. They have been our agent from last Nov till this Aug, it is a disaster to us. They introduced a tenant that has a record of owing another landlord money and now that tenant has left and before that she trashed out place. We will pursue this company with Property Redress, Money Shield, Ombudsman and County Court. Stay away.
I would like to address each point of the above review in order. The Accounts and Statements, we are always willing to receive constructive criticism and regarding the statements, as you are aware we had a ‘so called 5 star’ accounting company looking after our accounts, and we agree the statements were not up to our standard and we have addressed this and now brought our accounts in house to improve the statements/payments to Landlords. Communication - We always promptly reply to your questions, at all times of the day on whatsapp and email. Withheld Rent - We were warned by other agents not to take on your properties we were told you were always trying to avoid payment of contractors invoices. When you accrued a substantial amount of cleaning invoices owed back to our company, upon us chasing payment in full for these invoices, you then decided to switch management of your properties. We have withheld one rental payment to cover payment of these invoices and all other rental payments received have been transferred back to you promptly. We have advised you to contact The Property Redress Scheme as we are fully confident we have been more than accommodating during our management of your properties. May we add, we are the third property management company you have moved to recently. Leeds City Council - These were already involved due to lack of communication via your previous agents. Introducing Tenants, All tenants passed Homelet referencing and all this information has been passed directly to you. We are not aware of any tenant owing other Landlords money.

When my old landlord told me he was selling the property i didnt no where to turn, I came across lets go leeds and messaged Tanya who replied to me very efficiently. After explaining my circumstances and situation to Tanya she came back to me with 2 propertys she had that would suit me, I booked a viewing and with in 2 weeks of viewing the house which i fell in love with i had the keys in my hand. I can not thank lets go leeds enough for helping me and my children find our new home. I highly recommend and so glad i came across lets go leeds as i really dont no what me and my children would of done with out them! Thanks again.

Tanya and her team have gone above and beyond to help me find and secure a professional tenant at a fair rent. She always has time for you and she has priceless knowledge of the local area. GoogleLetsgo Morley, Leeds are passively refusing to return my daughter and son-in-law’s deposit. Director, Tanya, not returning any of their calls and no timeframe for the return as we approach Christmas. The landlady released the deposit a month ago so definitely not her fault. Communication has been very poor. Come on Letsgo, this is poor treatment of a young couple.
