If i could leave zero stars i would. Myself and 4 others arranged to look at a few houses and were taken to an array of mouldy, unsecured and falling apart houses. The agent was quiet and unprepared, didn’t have the keys for the one house we contacted them about and the lied to a current tenant in front of us. she told us that she didn’t have the keys to the house but would knock to see if they were in, to then tell them “we’re here for THE viewing”. All this tells me is that if we signed with them we’d be faced with random viewings. We weren’t told the price of any of the houses or the house numbers also, please don’t let with this company.

Had a lovely experience with Let It Bee, they explained the process very clearly and answered any questions I or any of my fellow housemates had, Jess was always lovely on the phone and over email helping us with any queries we had; and Christine was very friendly and helpful when showing us potential houses on our viewings, and helping us with our budget! Would recommend this company to anybody that needed to rent a house, thank you to everyone at Let It Bee! 🐝 ❤️

My son arrived to a disgraceful property: no hot water, broken heating, broken TV, and a stench that made it barely livable. The house was filthy and clearly neglected. When we contacted the agency about these serious issues, they refused to take any responsibility, no apology, no solutions, just excuses. This agency has zero quality control and doesn't care once they've taken your money. We paid for accommodation and got a uninhabitable dump instead. Save yourself the headache and book with a reputable company that actually maintains their properties and stands behind their service.

They never intend to return your deposit, they have a continued history of this. It doesn't matter how you try to cover yourself taking photos of the property before moving out, they will charge you for a string of things costing far more than the deposit.. if you jump through the hoops at trying to get your deposit back like they claim you can they pull out halfway through proceedings and the entire thing gets thrown out because "both parties have to be active in proceedings"

do NOT sign with these guys! absolutely awful service. they took us on a house viewing and the estate agent took us to the wrong house, they showed us around an amazing house that was perfect and then preceeded to pressure us to sign that same day. Just before we were going to sign they realised their mistake on that they had broken into a house that they did not own and were trying to sign us to a completely different house. Cannot believe that this level unprofessionalism exists. I never leave reviews ever but knew I had to warn people !!

Do not go with Let it bee. They pressure students into putting down deposits and signing contracts on the spot with empty threats that the property will be gone by the end of the day. They are completely disorganised and create a lot of stress for tenants.

DO NOT USE. Started off very promising and over the span of 6 months became unbearable. Speaking to guarantors and lying to them. No communications between letting agent and landlord. Barely replied to emails. Didn’t send documents when asked weeks in advance. An absolutely abysmal letting agency.
