GoogleI used Leeds Prime Properties in final year of uni and was super happy with the service. They accommodated our requests from re decorating to changing carpets where required. They were responsive and friendly - Fazal was particularly involved in ensuring we had everything we needed, even checking our house was safe and locked up whilst we were away for the Christmas period!

GoogleThe LPP team were friendly and accommodating at the point my son was undertaking his house search stage. Prospective tenants should note that they will not engage in any landlord/tenant issues. When my son's deposit was confiscated with a vague statement of "many discrepancies", LPP asserted that the deposit was nothing to do with them and that we needed to contact the landlord. As with any lease, I would suggest that prospective LPP tenants confirm that the landlord has placed their deposit in a third party escrow account.

GoogleFantastic letting agent, would defo recommend. There are some dodgy estate agents in Leeds but LPP were a pleasure to let with. When the boiler broke they installed a brand new one fairly quickly, had our dishwasher fixed within a few days, they planted flowers in / weeded the front garden a couple of times over the tenancy, and even cleared the a large portion of the street of rubbish towards the end of the tenancy. Landlord was a lovely bloke and we received our deposit back in full, 5*

GoogleDo not rent from these ppl They do not give back your deposits and use any excuse under the sun to avoid giving it back including scare tactics . They don't call u back when u chase up inquiries . And any issues with in the property isn't sorted out ... this is a very disgruntled parent who's child rented from this company and am disgusted at the way this company have dealt with everything ...

GoogleWith LPP this year, their great cant fault them. Was my first time renting a property so I wasn’t aware of the procedure in signing up/managing bills ect However the office staff were more than helpful in guiding me through it. Would deffo recommend Thanks guys!! 😊

GoogleIf I could give them ZERO stars I would. The house was a building site and therefore unliveable for the first 2 months of our tenancy, with some rooms not having a bed until October! Leeds Prime Properties play ignorant to the AST agreements that they have with residents. This often lead them to harass us and break MANY Landlord-tenancy relationship laws, causing us to look into legal action. They ignored our emails and phone calls all summer when confronted about returning our deposits and when they finally sent us checks half of the tenants didn't receive a check and the others had their names misspelt, leading to the checks being invalid. I Have never dealt with such an unprofessional business in my life and I strongly recommend anyone to reconsider using them.

GoogleAbsolutely the most unprofessional service you can imagine!! Literally anyone else is a better option. They try to make the most money out of you as a student. Our house was not cleaned when we moved in. They didn’t give us the right key when we moved in and when we called them they came over because they couldn’t find it and someone literally had to jump into the house through the kitchen window to open it from the inside. They called me the other day to ask how much my rent is...they are the ones that run the agency and they don’t know how much I owe them?! The entire plumbing of the house is broken and needs repair, both bathrooms leak on the floor below. There’s black mold everywhere. There isn’t even a handle on the house door because it’s been broken since we moved in.

Saw the property before it was changed into student accommodation, we were assured it would be furnished to a high standard but were met with shoddy furniture and old paint on the walls. The carpets obviously hadnt been cleaned prior to moving in and there was dust everywhere. We werent even supplied with a full fridge freezer in a house with 3 guys, and the fridge had broken shelves that were never fixed. Our bathroom was not equipped with any type of shower curtain and the sink was not anchored to the wall, despite assurance that both would be seen to before we moved in.They had no concept of personal privacy or respect of the letting agreement as they routinely showed the house without notice, twice I was woken up while taking a nap. The landlord once burst into my bedroom at 10pm to look at the radiator after stating they would be around at 3pm.Very unprofessional, save your money and go with someone else.
