GoogleFinding properties, compiling documents, and the process of signing a tenancy agreement can be quite stressful but Sharron was very helpful and I appreciated the regular/open communication throughout the whole process. A note to tenants that Canopy, an app used to vet tenants, can take a while to verify information however this is beyond Golden Acre Estates’ control and Sharron was actively chasing them to sort everything out on time which was positive.

GoogleSharron at Golden Acres! An absolute legend! She has been very helpful and a great guide from day 1 when we began prospecting. All the way to purchasing our 1st rental property, then advertising, getting the tenant in and managing. And ofcourse everything in between! She knows her stuff and has many useful contacts for other expertise advice! Great communication too! Loving the journey so far and I want to say a huge thank you to Sharron and the team!

GoogleI can highly recommend Golden Acre Estates. I rented a place in Leeds from them. Sharron, the estate agent has been extremely helpful, being in the middle of all negotiations between us and the owner. After competing on the property, Sharon went out of her way to help us with any inquiries we had. Everything ran so smoothly. These are the guys to get in touch with if you want an honest company who will look after you throughout. Thank you for everything.

GoogleSharron is absolutely brilliant. First viewing was the day after my property went live. Two more a week later, and new tenant moved in all within 3 weeks. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Sharron even sorted out a headache left for me by my previous tenant, and that was before I had even paid her anything. Reasonable fees, excellent service and would not hesitate to recommend.
