Terrible customer service. We received a call that the plot that we had been discussing purchasing for months had been sold to another buyer. We were given no indication prior to this that another buyer was even interested. Nicola insisted that the plot we wanted was never on hold for us, despite the terms and conditions for the MyMove scheme stating that it was. There was clearly no thought given to us at any point and there was no acknowledgement that this was an hugely inconsiderate thing to do, entirely disrupting our moving plans with zero warning.

Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
