This is the second property that we have purchased through Eckersley White, And the first that we have sold. As per our first experience some 9 years ago now, They have maintained their professional attitude, Whilst also offering the personal touch to make the sometimes frustrating experience of buying a house as streamlined as it can be. I would thoroughly recommend using them to anyone in the local area who wants a personal touch whilst offering the professional expertise you would expect from a local estate agent who have decades of knowledge in the local area. Unfortunately we’re having ongoing issues with Eckersley white (in the process of seeking legal advice). Natalie in particular, ignores my emails regarding making a complaint and having money we are owed held from us. Rory (the manager) is incredibly rude over emails sent to me. I’m often waiting weeks for a response and then I have to chase it up before getting a reply. Honestly the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with and would highly NOT recommend them.

We can't praise this company enough. They really put customer service as their first priority. From our first meeting with Helen and Shaun they were curtious, professional and extremely efficient, nothing was to much trouble. All house sales and purchases are filled with pitfalls but the team at Eckersley White went out of their way to explain and sort any problems out. They kept us in touch with our vendors and buyers and happily liaised with the solicitors and Estate agents of all parties in our chain. Nothing was to much trouble for them. John and his team were fabulous and we thank them for all their help an patience throughout our sale and purchase. If we could award them 6 stars we would.

From the moment I called Eckersley White and arranged various viewings, I was impressed with their organisation, professional manner and friendly approach. Dan was very knowledgeable in the local area whilst showing me around the properties and James was competent with the negotiation stage of the purchase of my property. The whole process was very straightforward and without any undue stress or concerns. The beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered after I had moved in was a lovely touch. I cannot stress how good everyone at Eckersley White are (Lee-On-Solent). We had a tricky sale process (thanks to obnoxious agents and issues with solicitors within the rather lengthy chain). Shaun and Jon in particular went above and beyond what was expected trying to keep the process under control. I am in absolutely no doubt that without their intervention the chain would have collapsed. I'm not going to name and shame here but I will recommed these guys! The valuation was very accurate and sold at the price we were expecting from the evaluation. We initially asked Eckersley White for a probate quote which they were able to provide very quickly. They were also able to explain the sales process as we were inexperienced in the matter. When we were finally in a position to sell, they were able to again step up at very short notice over a holiday period to get the house up for sale as soon as possible. The sale went through within three months and we have been very happy with the advice, expertise and friendly attitude of the Eckersley White staff who kept us fully informed throughout.
