GoogleAlways a fabulous selection on offer. Really well laid out and options to bid online if you cant make it on the day. Only point last visit was lack of customer service basics when paying. No please thank you or even acknowledgement. Every other staff member was lovely though and this doesnt normally happen so still 5 stars. The lad helping load our van had so much energy and was lovely. Looking forward to attending next month

GoogleAbsolutely appalling experience with H J Pugh & Co. I was blocked from participating in their auction with no proper explanation, no transparency, and no professionalism whatsoever. The whole process felt arrogant, dismissive and completely biased against customers. Communication was shocking, I was left in the dark and treated like I wasn’t worth their time. When I did manage to speak to someone, the attitude was cold, unhelpful and borderline rude. This is not how a reputable auction house behaves. Very unprofessional, very poorly run, and honestly embarrassing for a company operating in this industry. Avoid.

GoogleH U Pugh & Co is an absolute comedy sketch of an auction and not a good one either. If you enjoy being mucked about, confused, delayed and generally treated like you’ve wandered into a circus run by sleep deprived pigeons crack on. If not avoid this joke of an auction and save yourself the headache

GoogleI am on my 7th Auction with H.J.Pugh & co, Having started with them earlier this year. The service is 5 star all the way, my point of contact Henry Biss has been outstanding his communication also first class. I will be continuing to use H.J.Pugh in the future. With close to 200 lots of mine being sold, Simply put they are the best. Thank you to all the team.

GoogleHappens to be where I buy alot of stock and sell too. The auction rooms are clean and new, plenty of facilities and the staff are amazing. I hope you can support cash sales moving forward as the Welland steam fair was wrong not to include you this year. I'd have you all the time. Who doesn't love an auction. Great team, great location.

GoogleA truly unforgettable experience for all the wrong reasons. Rude, useless, and wildly unprofessional. If this is their standard, it explains everything. If you enjoy stress, wasted time and disappointment, H J Pugh & Co is the one.

GoogleThe rain was pouring down. Everything was grey. The welcome changed everything. It is nice to experience fast efficient service. Especially when it was so readily forthcoming. Very easy to find also.

GoogleVery well organised auction rooms, with auctions for wood and woodworking tools taking place simultaneously. Plenty of good items and a lot of interest.

GoogleWhat can I say ,I sold a motorcycle at this auction with all proceeds going to the air ambulance, they never charged me entry and no commission was taken. All the staff were very helpful and polite, they even on my request sent the cheque directly to air ambulance, Thank-you to all staff for there participation in helping to raise money for this vital ambulance service.

FacebookIt will be so self-centered and an abominable act to keep this alone to myself, I came across with a competent, qualified and satisfactory Forex Trader Mrs Khloe Gregory by name who really assisted me on my Trade, khloe is indeed a straightforward, open and also very diligent with her work. All I did was to Trade on the minimum plan with her platform for a start which was $500 and within 7 days of trading i earned $6,900 profit which I happily withdrew to my account "Do not be embarrassed by your Failures, learn from them and start again". Contact khloe gregory as soon as possible now and start trading Email:Khloegregory67@gmail.com OR Whatsap:+1(415) 891-9549

GoogleFirst class, professional service! James Pugh went above and beyond in handling the estate sale of my Mother's property. His knowledge, expertise and additional services involving auctioning and clearance of items was enormously helpful making the whole process a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!!

GoogleThe auction company are located on a huge site just outside Ledbury town centre that must cover several acres. On each of my visit's the staff have been really well organised and both payments & collections have been trouble & fuss free. Depending on your particular interest, each auction has a enormous range on offer both in terms of quantity and the eclectic nature of the items. Definitely worth visiting just to muse the various lots. The site has refreshments and toilets and the main town centre is closeby and a beautiful place to visit.

GoogleGreat auction house. They make the whole process of buying at auction very easy. I was there for the extensive motorbike sale that had I think something like 300 bikes and loads of auto gear.

GoogleGreat to deal with, even with a Luddite like me! (No mobile, no e-mails) Just left my name address and landline no. Bingo!

GoogleImpressed with the auction I visited a couple of days ago, well run and speedy getting through so many lots. Was prevented from bidding on the only item I wanted by the auctioneer looking the wrong way and sold to the other end of the hall. Lesson for the auctioneer, double check all the auction room! Not a lot of space for parking but I would imagine this will be rectified at the new action site being built fairly near by.
