GoogleKimberleys were fantastic help selling my house. This was my first time selling a property, and we were thrown a few curveballs during the process, including the downturn in the market, and some unexpected complications with boundary related matters, but Ben was there for us the whole time, always very patient, kind and helpful. My partner and I ended up moving out of town before the sale completed, and Ben went above and beyond with visiting the property for us to check on things or pass on mail. Thanks so much! Highly recommended.

GoogleWe cannot recommend Kimberley's high enough - they were absolutely brilliant! They were our seller's estate agent, but stepped in to help us when complications arose at our end. Without their generous help, we do not know where we would be today. They genuinely were excellent. If we sell in future, we will definitely choose Kimberley's. GoogleWe discovered Kimberleys 3 years ago. Ben and Nicole both give 100% to their clients. Always on the end of their phone to answer and queries you may have and always offering their help. The whole process of renting out your property and selling can be very stressful, its as if these guys took the stress on board for you. Its lovely to be able to say, after our house sold we remained more than clients and felt like we had found new friends. I truly wish Kimberleys all the success as they work so hard to achieve. I've since had dealings with other estate agents and Kimberleys by far are the best 👌 All the best guys J & D

GoogleI cannot praise the professionalism and organisation of the team at Kimberley’s Ledbury highly enough. We had gone to other estate agents in the area and over a period of 5 months we had a few viewings but no offers and we wondered why this was so, what with the house being in a prime position with large gardens and so much scope for additional building work/ extending if required. After a recommendation we decided to give Kimberley’s a go and within a week we had a firm offer. Louis took a whole different approach to marketing the house, detailing the potential and Identifying where others had gone wrong. Laura too was constantly communicating with us throughout so the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. I would highly recommend selling through Kimberley’s Ledbury.

GoogleAfter 2 months without a single person visiting the house, we decided to change agents. They then charged us 300 pounds for their 'efforts' on our behalf. If only they put as much effort into finding buyers as invoicing.
Good Afternoon Jeremy To say we are disappointed with your review is an understatement. As you know we marketed your property, conducted viewings, advertised your property online and on social media and also found you a buyer. A sale was agreed to a proceedable buyer but unfortunately due to the chain breaking down the sale unfortunately fell through . As you know the market has been difficult to navigate over recent months due to mortgage interest rates and you are not alone, lots of properties are currently experiencing the same. As per our terms we charge a withdrawal fee to cover our abortive work if you go on with another agent with in 12 weeks of withdrawing you property. This is not uncommon for agents to charge a small fee to cover some costs incurred when acting on your behalf. I hope this clarifies matters and confirms and addresses your points raised in your review. We wish you the best of luck selling your home with your new agent. Kind regards Kimberley’s

GoogleA couple of years ago there were some problems BUT they made a huge effort to put these right by implementing better systems and staff training and since then have given excellent service. Good local knowledge and very good professional advice. Very happy to use them for letting my property and buying and selling.
