GoogleAwful experience. Unresponsive, dismissive and rude. If you’re looking to rent with them, don’t expect to hear back, they’ll happily take your info and demand it quickly but then never reply. Avoid like the plague.

GoogleAbsolutely awful. Letting agents are typically crap, but these guys might hold the crown. Dismissive, don’t reply to emails and don’t return calls. Do not expect a good service. Avoid like the plague.

GoogleA fantastic team who handled my mother's property sale recently in the most friendly, efficient and professional manner and I would certainly recommend this Agent to anyone thinking of buying or selling a property. Lynda Larner was especially helpful in keeping us up to date with the progress of the sale, and was fantastic in dealing with various issues and problems that cropped up along the way. She was responsible for keeping me sane during the whole process and her professionalism and communication skills have to be highly commended. First class service!

GoogleBuying a new home using the services of Moore Allen and Innocent has been a hassle free experience. The team are all extremely warm,friendly and approachable. Jenny facilitated our initial viewing with enthusiasm and energy, whilst Lynda took the reins and walked us through the next process seamlessly. Through no fault of Moore Allen, we hit some hurdles along the way, however, thanks to the diligence of Lynda, we were able to find a solution in a timely fashion. GoogleYou'll be fine unless you have to deal with Lynda Larner in the after sales. She's terribly rude, abrupt and has an extremely unprofessional manner. Most of her phone calls left me in tears! It's a shame as everyone else I dealt with in the office was wonderful.
