We spent months driving to appointments crisscrossing Warwickshire only to find unsuitable houses and disappointing areas. Amrita Punia changed everything. She spoke with us in depth about our very specific criteria, called agents in advance to confirm properties were a potential match, then set up appointments in a streamlined way, including many that weren’t even on the market yet.
