Every step of the way was explained clearly and Iβm so pleased to have had her support our journey as first time buyers. Sandra does an amazing job often going above and beyond the normal level of service for a lettings manager. Handling issues promptly and efficiently with empathy for both tenant and landlord! GoogleFantastic agent. We where a tenant for multiple years and the service was above and beyond. Everything always dealt with on time and any query responded to quickly. Sandra dealt with us for many years and was absolutely brilliant. When she moved across from the letting team Sylvia picked straight up with us and had been just as good.
