FacebookI purchased a property through CP and couldn’t be happier with their service. From the initial contact to picking up the keys I was really impressed with their attentiveness throughout the whole process. Always easy to contact and dealt quickly with any queries . The whole team were highly professional and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. At what is a very stressful time they were always helpful and reassuring and went above and beyond to get things done. They work really closely as a team and I always felt I was in good hands and confident that my purchase was a priority. Communication was excellent and I was highly impressed with their service from start to finish. Would certainly recommend CP to anyone who is looking for a professional, friendly, efficient and caring estate agent. 5 stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

FacebookI spoke with Rob yesterday regarding a house I had come across on Rightmove. That house specifically wasn’t for me but Rob then spent the next half an hour listening to what we’re looking for and just taking the time to really understand what we’re after. He then sent through some really great properties that hadn’t even made it to market yet and we’ll be arranging viewings soon.
A lot of the time, especially at the moment, by the time a house hits the market it’s too late. Rob went above and beyond to listen to us and now we may actually have a chance of getting the home we want...

FacebookI have never known such exceptional service from an Estate Agent.
The quality of their service, from how they advertise your property, along with quality pictures, and support with enquires/questions, always available even out of hours answering emails) is second to none.
I would honestly say I will never use another Estate Agent again.
It's clear from the village I have now purchased my property in, that other people agree, there are more and more Sold signs by Chamberlain Phillips.
I will be recommending them to anyone looking to buy or sale.
Thank you so much Chamberlain Phillips! 😁
