GoogleIn December 2021 we sent an email out to three local estate agents, all three were asked the same specific question regarding moving. All three responded, one said the query had been passed to a member of staff, one suggested we add our names to their register but Agnes from Independent Homes Larne gave us practical advice via email and also invited us in for a chat. We arranged a meeting during which Agnes demonstrated that she understood the situation and provided us with practical options. Following the meeting the house was put on the market and sold successfully and a new dwelling was purchased. The support and service we received from all the team was both professional and friendly and we are very grateful for it. Buying and selling a house is stressful however Agnes and her team alleviated the stress by keeping us fully informed as to what was happening throughout the process.

Matthew goes above and beyond and is either always available or always returns calls. Matthew is always happy to take the time and chat things through and we would not use anyone else.

GoogleCouldn't ask for anything more, matthew went above and beyond to help me get my house even phoning out of work hours to make sure paperwork was done and keeping me in the loop of what was going on.
