GoogleCouldn't ask for anything more, matthew went above and beyond to help me get my house even phoning out of work hours to make sure paperwork was done and keeping me in the loop of what was going on. Even after the house sale had gone through I know if there are any issues I can contact matthew and he will help anyway he can.

GoogleHaving to sell a property when you live in another country is not an easy task. Contacted 3 difficult estate agents in larne and straight away Matthew put me at ease. Matthew has went above and beyond for us during the sale of the property and I cannot thank him enough. He is always the voice of reason and does go that extra mile each time. YellPoor service. Poor communication.
Introduction for valuation was good. Was asked not to put the house on the market as first viewers made an offer straight away. So no sales brochure or advertising was undertaken. Not much communication during the sales process unless we phoned, at the end very proactive, as they wanted to be paid! We were then charged £180 for advertising which wasn’t carried out. When emailed about this charge, they have not replied. We thought better of them, very disappointed.
