YellPoor service. Poor communication.
Introduction for valuation was good. Was asked not to put the house on the market as first viewers made an offer straight away. So no sales brochure or advertising was undertaken. Not much communication during the sales process unless we phoned, at the end very proactive, as they wanted to be paid! We were then charged £180 for advertising which wasn’t carried out. When emailed about this charge, they have not replied. We thought better of them, very disappointed.

GoogleFantastic service from all the team at Independent Homes. The team are obviously passionate in delivering the best service they can to all parties involved and Matthew always goes the extra mile to help. Have no hesitation in recommending Matthew and his colleagues to provide a professional, honest and first class experience when buying or selling property. Unbeatable value and care.
