I have to say a big thank you to Ron of Brian Todd Estate Agents in Larne. House sold really quickly for the asked-for price. Ron provided clear advice along the way to help me make the correct choice. Unfortunately we then entered into a waiting game with solicitors and the buyers' mortgage company. However Ron went over and above board, chasing all parties constantly to move the process forward. If it hadn't been for Ron's proactive approach, we would still likely be waiting. Very much appreciated and can recommend this company to anyone trying to sell their house.

I have bought and sold homes 4 times in the last 15 years and used Brian Todd each time. I wouldn't even consider using anyone else. I have had the good fortune of having Ron on both sides of the sale/purchase for 3 out of 4 of those transactions and my experience with another agent in the town for the other was dismal to say the least!! Despite one of the homes I was purchasing not being listed with Brian Todd, Ron helped with advice, chasing solicitors and speaking to all parties to get the completion pushed through while the actual agent it was listed with ignored my calls and emails and couldn't have cared less. When you deal with the team at Brian Todd, Mark will make your home look like a million bucks with his photography and 3D virtual tour, the admin staff will always ensure messages are passed on and are always polite and courteous and Ron doesnt rest until he is making the call to tell you you have an offer! I cant recommend the whole team enough!

I'm leaving this on behalf of my parents, neither of whom are on Facebook. I seriously cannot recommend these guys enough. The professionalism is outstanding and they go over and above. You would think they would stop putting people in these private rented flats especially on the Roddens where they annoy other neighbours with drinking and goodness knows what else. Losing good tenants because of this. Need to Vett these people as its awful when they party and fight all night and then lie in in the mornings while other people have to go to work. Ridiculous

Anyone that wants to sell their house put it on with Brian Todd! Ron is a go getter and definitely the man to have selling your house. He made our recent sale and purchase much less stressful than it should have been and after our sale fell through he managed to get me another buyer within a week.
