GoogleMunro Property helped sell our flat in October 2025 and the whole process was surprisingly stress free and easy thanks to the help of their staff. They were very motivated to get things done quickly and efficiently such as our pictures so we could post. Then once the property was posted they were very on the ball with making viewings happen. The staff were so flexible and helpful and we got a sale very quickly thanks to them being on the ball and making it happen for both buyer and seller. We appreciated all their help and would use again in a heartbeat if we had to sell or buy another property

GoogleMunro Neil and Osborn couldn't have been a better letting agency over the last 7 years. Went above and beyond when I needed a house in 2019. During the time I was in the house they kept a discreet distance, whist always ensuring repairs were done timeously. Especially gratefull for them organising a new boiler at very short notice the day before I came out of hospital. Thoroughly recommend this local friendly agency.

GoogleExcellent estate agent! Very professional and accommodating team & I wouldn't trust anyone else to sell my house. Thank you to Peter and the team.

GoogleI bought 4 properties through Munro properties since 2016 and sold 3. Was very impressed with the help and knowledge Peter, Myra and Barry provided. I also used them to arrange for my mortgages. Now my grandson is using them to help find properties to help build his portfolio of his private lets. Thanks guys.

GoogleTried to view a house for over a week. Was told 1 viewing from Friday morning which I was at work asked for another time and that I was very interested. I email several times. Called several times wasn’t in office and never returned my call then only to be told today they aren’t doing anymore viewing as it’s under offer. Does the seller know I was blocked. I could have offered more money for the house. Found it very unprofessional. If they were my agent I’d want to know what they done. Got all emails in black and white as proof. He hasn’t even answered my last email asking if what he’s done even legal.

GooglePoint blank refused to do a viewing on the property we where interested in as apparently he's already done too many! (Let's just hope this instruction was from the seller and not just a lazy estate agent!) Shame as untimely could have lost a sale! Or actually 2 sales as we where interested in 2 properties they where selling but honestly the total rudeness of staff would never deal with them

GoogleUsed them to try & sell my house and had nothing but problems with them. Told 1 potential buyer the property didn't have a kitchen with was incorrect. In a year & a half I only had 3 viewers & because of the stress my health deteriorated, after 4 and a half years I'm still waiting on a reply to a letter I gave them to which I was promised a reply. Wouldn't recommend them.
