I just wanted to send a heartfelt thank you to Fiona, Aileen and Kay for all your help and support throughout the sale of my mum's house. It’s been an emotional process, and your guidance made everything so much easier to navigate. From our first meeting Fiona made me feel very comfortable and I really appreciated the time, care, professionalism and communication at every step. It meant a lot to have someone we could trust handling something so important to our family. Thanks again for everything. Best regards, Stuart Fraser

I can’t recommend Robert Duff Estate Agents and Solicitors highly enough. They handled the sale of my late mum’s flat with real care, professionalism and kindness, which meant a great deal during what could have been a stressful time. Communication was excellent throughout, clear, prompt and reassuring, and I always felt fully informed. The property achieved the expected price, and they were also the most financially competitive compared with several other agents I considered. Special thanks to Fiona, Elaine and Kay, who were all a pleasure to deal with during the conveyancing process. A genuinely lovely team providing an outstanding service. Gordon Black Further review on 9 February We previously left a review praising Robert Duff, Solicitors and Estate Agents, for their excellent work in selling my mum’s flat. We would now like to leave a further review to thank them for their handling of my late mum’s estate. Throughout the process they showed great professionalism, sensitivity and courtesy during a very difficult time for our family. Everything was handled efficiently and with care, and their fee was extremely reasonable. We would especially like to thank Alan and Elizabeth for their support and for dealing so thoroughly with all the relevant matters. We would highly recommend Robert Duff.

**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A truly exceptional service during a difficult time** Selling my late uncle’s property was not an easy process emotionally, but Fiona and Aileen made everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond, handling every viewing with professionalism, care, and respect. Their communication was excellent throughout; I was always kept informed, never had to chase for updates, and felt completely comfortable with the process. There was absolutely no pressure at any stage, just genuine support and guidance. I’m incredibly grateful for their understanding and the way they managed the entire sale. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent who truly takes pride in their work and cares about their clients.

Thanks to Alan, Aileen, Fiona and other staff at Robert F Duff for settling the sale of our flat in Seamore Street. You have made the whole process very easy for us. You have been so helpful with the disposal of the furniture etc. We are so glad we came to you as an independent company rather than one of the bigger firms. Your personal touch has been much appreciated. Thanks again for everything .

We sold our house last year and we had absolute trust in the staff. They were so friendly, professional and they proved we made the right choice going with them. From their first visit to us, listing our home, viewings arrange to suit all parties and all the way through the legal requirements, we know we were in good hands. What could be a nerve wracking time for people they understood that so we'd highly recommend them.

I found them an excellent firm to work with for both dealing with my late father's estate and, seperately, selling his house. Everyone behaved in a kind, sensitive, but also very straightforward manner, and any problems were resolved swiftly and without fuss, which was so reassuring. I can wholeheartedly recommend Robert Duff's.

We chose Robert Duff to sell our flat in Largs earlier in this year and we were not disappointed. From day one we had a very good and professional experience. We were always kept up to date at every step of the way abd a huge thank you to both Fiona and Liz who were both excellent in everything they had done for us. The flat was not on for long and they found us a cash buyer so we were delighted with how everything went. The photography was excellent and the advertising spot on. Would definitely recommend them Robert
