Well where can I start…. Carolann has gone above and beyond for us. We purchased and sold through Carolann at Forth Valley Homes and I can honestly say she has worked so incredibly hard for us. Her service, approachable manner, her response rate to any queries we had, going out of her way entirely for us on our settlement date. She went way beyond what you would expect from an estate agent. Flawless service from start to finish. I would highly recommend Carolann to anyone considering selling. Thank you so much for everything. We really appreciate all you have done for us.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Carolann for selling our home and helping us secure an offer on our new dream home! I would highly recommend Carolann to anyone looking to sell their property. She has an amazing knowledge of the industry and you just get the feeling that it’s someone you can trust! Buying and selling can be a stressful process but Carolann was always professional and helped to keep us calm throughout the whole process. Thanks again for all your hard work! Gary & Emma ❤️

From an enquiry to, bought my new house and sold my own in less than 2 weeks! Carolann came to me to give a free valuation. She asked me what I had in mind, and before I knew what day of the week it was or which way was up, I was making an offer on one of her other properties, which was accepted! She then took my flat from advertising to sold in less than a week! I had 9 viewings and 5 offers!! She took me through each step, kept me informed, calmed me when i was freaking out 🙈😂 - as first time seller, I had no idea what I was doing. If you are wondering who to use and want someone who is very professional and is also a lovely person to deal with, then Carolann is your woman.

Carolann helped us sell our previous house. Excellent service right from the outset setting a very thorough and informed expectation around the selling price. A very smooth and quick process moving forward arranging a home report, photos and going live on the market. The home report came out exactly at Carolann's valuation 💯. What's more the house was sold within 4 days of going on the market with a buyer we were more than confident in (expertly guided by Carolann of course). We were kept in the loop right through the sale and have nothing but praise for Carolann. Would highly recommend Forth Valley Homes. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

amazing service from Carol Ann at Forth Valley Homes. I first met Carol Ann when I bought a house in January 2022 so she was the first person I thought of when I needed to put the house back on the market. Carol Ann has excellent knowledge of the housing market and my house was under offer in 48 hours of it going up for sale. Carol Ann gave me so much help and advice when it came to my onward purchase and I can't praise her enough. An excellent professional service from a truly lovely lady

Carolann took care of the sale of my late mother's house during the pandemic. She was professional, efficient, punctual, personable and willing to go above and beyond to support the house sale. I warmly recommend her services. We met only once, the rest of our contact was via email. She always replied very quickly to any queries. It felt scary to have a long-distance relationship with an estate agent, but Carolann was efficient, trustworthy and a complete pleasure to deal with. If I was buying or selling in the Forth Valley area again, I would definitely involve Carolann in the purchase or sale. Highly recommended. Extremely satisfied customer.

Carolann provided a first class service from the minute we contacted her. We were struggling to find a bigger property so sold before we had found a new house; she made sure our buyers were supported and reassured throughout and that timelines suited all parties. She replied quickly every time and just constantly put us at ease. Would massively recommend :)
