GoogleHockley Croft - couldn't do less than 1 star or I would have
Harron homes take ignoring customer service to a new level, paid for extras not fitted, leaking plumbing, badly done plaster and painting, external pipe work not sealed, internal fans fitted with no external outlet, 5 scratched windows needing to be replaced, every door had to be refit or replaced. No real sign off house was ready to be lived in, bullying tactics by their solicitors & still awaiting snagging issues nearly a year on.
11 months in and even the site managers can't tell you when replacement fittings have been ordered. House looks like its still needs to be finished walls / ceilings / doors all need to be repainted
Wouldn't buy from them ever again not for any deal. I would advise anyone not to buy and if you have already reserved to get out.
update 21/01/2019 still waiting for doors to be replaced when these were pointed out to them in person and via email on 27/12/2017 over a year about. They are on order is all I get
