The service from Harron Homes sale team at their Hucknall site was great. However, the house has a long list of issues and its an uphill battle to get anything fixed. Two stars because the sale team were good. Shame about the quality of the house.

We have just moved into our new Harron home which was pushed through for Christmas. Expecting to walk into a house with snags galor, we were pleasantly surprised! Yes there are issues that need resolving for which the site are very accommodating. The sales team have been exemplary.... We are very happy customers.

Still no wardrobes and garden still not sorted. I was promised these would be done ASAP after moving in. Zero customer service not one phone call to me and automated email responses. Fed up now. I forwards the email string of requests to the manager and instead of responding to me he blocked my email. THAT SPEAK VOLUMES!
