Had our harron home almost 2 years. Still got all our snags unresolved. Terrible company. 6 months on from first reporting it and our roof is still hanging off and not yet fixed. Site managers keep telling us “roofers aren’t working” Even though we see them on site. The site office tell us to email so we do and get ignored. Absolute cowboys. Do yourself a favour and don’t buy one.

It’s taken a while but we have gotten there pretty much all snag sorted and a brick wall has been built to ensure our child’s safety in the garden. Still a few thing pending but we love our house and once harron stopped dragging their feet they have now resolved most things. It be fair to them we moved in during lockdown and have only been in 6 months
