GoogleDO NOT RENT OR BUY FROM ENGLISH HOMES. Since challenging this company about our mould in 3 Diary court and asking them to resolve this we got a section 21 to leave in 2 months as the landlady was selling. There is mould in the lounge near the French doors on the bottom right hand side of the main wall. Upstairs in the back bedroom lots of mould on the ceiling and around the window. Front bedroom mould in the left hand corner near ceiling window side. We were asked by English homes to spray and wipe as this would be helping them out. Since challenging them and saying NO this is your area to deal with as I pay rent for any issues like this I felt we were victimised and we then got the section 21. BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR...

GoogleIt's great to be able to leave a five star review for English Homes. Emma was the most professional, honest and friendly estate agent I have met. Both Emma and Brian who showed us round several properties and also multiple times for one, were continually helpful and tolerant of our indecisions, questions and onetime lateness as well as being altogether lovely. You can't choose your estate agent when buying a house, but you would be lucky if the one you are buying is being marketed by English Homes and I imagine if you are selling the experience would be equally good.

The valuation process was fair and competitive and Kevin's calm, positive and honest engagement with us sold the company as who we wanted to sell with. The staff we engaged with were helpful and knowledgeable and prompt in their response. We had a deadline for moving due to a new arrival pending and Emma worked tirelessly to help us achieve that.
