GoogleWe are in the process of Purchasing a property on this development which is not complete yet so I can’t give an oppinion on there Build Quality.
However if Simon in sales is to be used as a yard stick I’m sure we will be delighted with the Property.
He is very professional , Polite & approachable Nothing was too much trouble he explained all aspects of the purchase, The upgrade options & Buying options open to us in a plain, understandable manor .

GoogleWell well well, what can I say. Came to this development about a year ago as I wasn’t sure about the area especially having to move from Nottingham. Met Paul, who’s not only a great salesman but an amazing human being, his unwavering support along the way has been inspirational. He supported me throughout the process from foundation to completion with weekly/forth-nightly updates. He even helped me fix my door number when I moved in.
Beautiful development with great neighbours and outdoor green spaces. Safe for those with families as well as single professionals.

We had visited a few developments by this point and It was so refreshing to have someone who came across in the way Lynne did; we found it was more like speaking to a familiar family member than a sales person. She gave us all the options and did everything she could for us. 10/10 Customer service and an asset to the company.

GoogleCalled into the site looking for a house that was built, on arrival I found the properties where still under construction. However, due the warm welcome and highly professional sales representative in knights view ( Simon) I left feeling very positive, with all the information I needed, and just serval days later I was back in the office and had reserved plot!
Everyone at Barrett have been most helpful and have always kept me informed and up to date.
