GoogleAvoid this company never get things done electrics light sockets hanging out of walls and plug sockets were children were never got sorted we had new keys cut at a price of 70 pound a key but never wanted to pay for them gina then saying there now the property of the land lord i dont think so if he wanted them needs to pay up still have keys now will charg you for any thing thay can.any problems contact tracy at home woodgate rd.

Googleplease avoid this letting agency at all cost! they are rude. the landlords don't do the required work during your time there and then they and scam you out of your deposit when you move out. we were good tennets who were there for nearly 5 years when we moved out. They made up everything to try and get our deposit out (one sticker on the door and unnoticeable holes that were there before we moved out meant they had to replace all the doors). we have gone to Eastbourne MP about this letting agency and they have them on file (even showing them the photos of what we took and what they took) if you are having problems with them then I urge you to go to the Eastbourne MP.

With unfortunate events we had to leave where we was staying. we came across a property for rent at cavendish & co, I contacted them and viewed the property the next day and the process was instant, they was very quick and helpful with the fact we had limited time to find somewhere, thankfully we got it but would have been so stressful if it wasn’t for their constant help with information as we are first time renters and had no idea what we was doing. Very friendly, lovely to talk to and I could ask as many questions as I needed and not feel like I’m bugging them. Couldn’t thank them enough for the support during a stressful time

GoogleI recently got in touch with cavendish estate agent for a flat I was interested in. From start to finish I was amazed how quickly and professionally they dealt with it. Explaining my situation, me and my son was in they went far and beyond to get us in the property as quickly as possible what I am extremely grateful for. The team at cavendish are amazing and me and my son couldn’t have felt any more welcomed.

GoogleI and my partner rented a one bedroom house through Cavendish and Co in Eastbourne Langney area in 2017. We lived in it until August 2022, It was a 4 years and 10 months long tenancy during which some incidents happened at the property. One winter a gas boiler stopped working and had to be replaced swiftly due to low temperatures. In a period of a very stormy weather we lost a third of a wooden fence. Not long after a whole wall made of bricks got badly damaged by an extreme weather. However, whatever the emergency was Cavendish and Co would always be available to help us deal with it. Right from the beginning the company showed they are a business one can rely on. They listened to what we had to say, they acted on our requests and emergencies swiftly, decisively and professionally. For Christmas we often received a card with wishes from the company! Over those nearly 5 years we had a privilege to meet many of Cavendish and Co team members in person. All of them behaved and acted in a very professional manner, were happy to provide an advice and share their knowledge with us. Customer service was excellent from the beginning to the very end. A special thanks to Gina for all her patience and understanding here. We would absolutely recommend Cavendish and Co to everyone who needs an estate or a letting agent! Services the company provides are second to none and people who deliver them do care about what they do!

GoogleDisgusting agency, like most. We thought they were good, gave them chocolates and card for all there “hard” work. Then they tried to scam and charge us to change a door to the other side. Would avoid this agency at all costs and flatfair.
We are sad to learn that you feel this way, Dorcas. We did everything possible to help you, going above and beyond to ensure you commenced this tenancy within your timescale. However, damage was caused to a door within the property (with photographic evidence). Therefore, you were required to cover the cost of this to be repaired back to its original condition. Regards. GoogleRude abrupt staff. They shouldn’t have dogs in there & have 3, that aren’t even walked, just left barking all day in garden ! So nothing to do with neighbourhood disputes, your supposed to oversea the houses your renting out !
