Crest have been very helpful, timely to respond to queries, good with communication and were accommodating however at times used us as middle men for the solicitors when solicitors seem to prefer to communicate with each other.

Good experience so far. Made multiple visits to Shipston Gardens before before making reservation. Staff very helpful allowing access to various plots under construction as well as providing photos, thorough explanation of options and quick responses to queries.
