GoogleWe are glad we chose Sue Bridges as our estate agent for a property we had to clear and sell following a bereavement. Her advice and help was spot-on, communication was exemplary and the whole process went very smoothly. We particularly liked the blurb on the listing, very well written. This was all done at long distance and felt we could trust Sue and Ali just to get on with things, only needing to come up to Lancaster when necessary. Would definitely recommend Sue and Ali to others in the future.

Sue Bridges was the one who shone , her professionalism , integrity and honesty was most refreshing to say the least. GoogleJust been looking for a house in Lancaster and met several estate agents showing properties. By far the most impressive, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly was Sue Bridges. She made the process so simple and straightforward and showed a huge knowledge of both the property and the area. If I ever need to sell a property she will be the go to. Highly recommended and I can only give her 5 stars although she deserves more.

GoogleI rented a garage that was looked after by Sue Bridges estate agents, from start to finish I found them to be extremely helpful and honest, when it came time for me to give notice that I no longer needed the garage, I was guided through the process of giving back keys etc. I received my deposit back the next day by cheque, and within 2 days, they informed me I had over paid, they refunded me instantl via bank transfer. It's good to see some honest and helpful estate agents out there. If I need similar services in the future, I'll definitely try Sue Bridges first Thank you.
