GoogleUnfortunately throughout our time enquiring for properties, we have found Royle Estates to be quite uncommunicative (not responding to emails, never available to take a call), and standoffish, and once we had informed them we had obtained another property and wouldn’t be proceeding with them, my partner received a quite passive aggressive email from Janet which was quite disappointing. I do not recommend this estate agents.

GoogleI've only been in my new rented property a few weeks and so far I've been extremely impressed by the level of service from Royle Estates. To be handed the keys to the property along with a "welcome pack" was a first for me and I've rented all over the country and never had one. Since then any enquiry/question I've made/had has been replied to promptly and efficiently which is a complete contrast to my previous letting agent. 10/10 from me so far!

GoogleThey responded to any issues straight away and all were dealt with, full deposit was returned and everyone was very friendly and understanding when I dealt with them. My experience of Estate Agencies before this has been frustrating but Royle have been a breath of fresh air!

GoogleI can't thank Royle Estates enough for their management of my property over the last 4 years. Letting a property invariably comes with issues from time to time and the way in which these were dealt with was impeccable. As a landlord Royle's have always kept me up to date and taken care of things with a minimum of fuss. I would recommend their services to any landlord or potential landlord.
