I spoke to one of the staff called Greg over the phone and he was so helpful and signposted me to various areas where I could get more help and support towards buying our first house. I actually called their number by mistake but it appears it was the best mistake ever made. Thank you Greg! You spoke to me like a customer, something that I have found very lacking in my dealings with businesses so far. What an excellent service. I am very impressed.

I have to say mighty house have been brilliant from start to finish, especially Lisa who has dealt with everything for us and kept us informed regularly. People say buying and selling is stressful but it really doesn’t need to be with the right team behind you. Take their advice on solicitors and financial advisors and you won’t go wrong. We would highly recommend mighty house to anyone thinking of moving. Thank you so much for making selling our house very easy!!

I cannot say enough about how happy I am with Becky quail at Mighty House….She was amazing from the very start.. Within 2 days ,my property had been photographed, videoed and put on their website, and 2 appointments made to see it…I couldn’t believe how quick everything happened .!!!! She was extremely professional and such a lovely lady…She took all the worries away ,about sorting any paperwork out and what I needed to do next….. I cannot recommend this company enough and especially Becky quail… all done and dusted with a lovely tenant… I am so so happy… you won’t regret this…

The team at Mighty House are exceptional. They are responsive and ensure that all queries are dealt with quickly, efficiently and to highest standard. A special mention to Emma and Becky for resolving a recent fencing issue. Their customer service is friendly and professional, and they were able to have the issue rectified swiftly. My emails were quickly responded to and nothing was too much trouble for either of them. I highly recommend this estate agent.

Sarah, Karen, Alex and Lucas, and the rest of the team at Mighty House did a fantastic job getting my house sold. It’s been great dealing with Mighty House Sales team. Greg and John were extremely helpful; they not only provided sales assistance but spent time with me to first understand the long term goal, budget, risk appetite and based on that suggested various properties. With each property they explained the pros and cons in detail, how value could be added to the property, potential risks and best tenancy options. They also provided refurbishing estimates on request. Amanda regularly followed up with the solicitors to ensure the sale was on track and any potential issues were promptly resolved. The sales team was available whenever I had a question or required assistance, and very prompt in responding to calls and emails. On certain occasions when I could not travel to view a property, they provided a video walkthrough. They truly believe in going the extra mile for their clients.

The Mighty House Team is made up of several departments. The best member of the team by far is Beccy! Beccy listened to us about some issues that had been identified on the initial viewing that were promised to be rectified before we moved in, but we’re not dealt with. This failure was down to another department. Beccy however, saw these issues and put a repair plan in place to solve them. It was a shame that we had to leave before benefitting but we are happy that the next tenant didn’t have to suffer as we did. If it wasn’t for Beccy Mighty House would only get 1 star. If the maintenance team and previous tenant onboarding team had been as caring as Beccy Mighty House would have got 5 stars. Thank you Beccy *****

Speaking as a house buyer we were very happy with the service from Mighty House. We bought our first house back in 1970 and bought and sold a good few since.I would say dealing with Mighty House has been the best experience from any estate agent.Initial viewing with Greg Clifford was relaxed and not rushed. Questions were answered promptly. If he didn't have the answer he would find it and get back quickly. Gregs a bloke easy to get along with.All the staff I had contact with in person or on the phone were friendly and helpful Our purchase was complicated slightly because probate was involved but I think the staff did all they could to move things along.On the one occasion I met the seller I got the impression he was also happy with Mighty House. Yes I would recommend Mighty House.

From the whole journey of selling my flat and buying my new house (which happened to also be with them) . The Amanda, John, Greg and all the team at Mighty House could not have been more helpful. They were very realistic about the price for my flat which was good and at no point did I feel they were hard selling to me. It all felt genuine and honest. They made advertising very simple did everything I needed all in one price. They later added features like a video. I definitely made the right choice with Mighty House they kept me informed all the way through the process. Which was at times very stressful because that's selling and buying houses. But Mighty House were always there going above and beyond to find information and help things along. As well as excellent suggestions and solicitors and surveyors. They made the whole process much easier and are always on hand. In showing me houses I felt like they really understood what I was looking for and found the right houses for me. They were also willing to show houses outside the normal times and spend a long time on each viewing do you really get a good fell. That's great from both a buying and selling point of view. The price for there services was also very good and I am convinced they earnt every penny. Thanks Mighty House. I'm really happy in my new house. Adele.

We were blessed to stay at # 18B Skipton Street in Morecambe. From the very outset, it was easy to make arrangements with Mighty House for accommodations for three weeks. How fortunate we were to have their Agents Viki Danvers and Dawn handling our accommodations. A warm welcome greeted us from the time we opened the door to the flat. Everything had been done to make us feel welcomed, including fresh flowers and tasty treats. The accommodations were lovely. During our stay, if we had any questions or concerns, the staff were readily available to assist. Our only regret is that our flat was located on the upper floor, and the steps were many to get to it. Be assured that on any future visits, we look forward to making arrangements through Mighty House. Thank you again Viki and Dawn.
