GoogleMy wife and her friend recently sold their flat (an investment property) through Fisher Wrathall. I echo what Sally said a week ago. James and Ben were great in all aspects, including regular communication with us, publicising the flat, showing the flat to potential buyers, negotiating with the purchaser, finding the sitting tenant a new place to live and even getting us meter readings on the final day - highly recommended.

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic estate agents, Ben and James have been really honest, sincere and straight talking throughout both my purchase and sale. The sale was no easy feat for them considering sensitive circumstances had to be disclosed to each viewer, but they handled it like absolute heroes and managed to find me a great buyer quickly for a good, fair price. Thank you so much for all the work you've put in, I will absolutely recommended Fisher Wrathall to friends and family in future.

GoogleDisappointing experience with this estate agent. From the start, we asked very clearly whether the property had parking. We were verbally assured that it did, and this was even confirmed in a printed document they provided. Based on that information, I went ahead, made an offer, and had it accepted. However, when I we called days later to double check the details, the lady on the phone was rude, dismissive, and arrogant, abruptly telling us there was “definitely no parking” and that the property was “cheap for a reason.” No apology. I'd hate to think what stage I would have found this information out if I hadn't double checked.

GoogleTruly terrible. Poor communication, I had to constantly chase for updates. Emails were always left completely unanswered. The estate agent arrived late to every appointment. The manager has an attitude problem and is argumentative and condescending. All in all a terrible experience. I will never buy or sell a property again with this company. Horrendous experience.

GoogleI have dealt with Fisher Wrathall lettings department for the last 3 years. Everything has been first class, professional, courteous telephone manner, with a can do attitude. A special mention must go to Kate Turver who has been excellent with all matters arising from letting a property, sometimes above and beyond the call of duty, Thank you for your attention it has been appreciated. GoogleI would not hesitate to recommend Fisher wrathall in Lancaster, we were renting a bungalow in Lancaster and were informed that the landlord was selling the property and panic set in but the lovely Katie who works at the Lancaster office helped us every step of the way , she found us another bungalow within a week and sorted everything out for us we are truly grateful thank you Katie from Sylvia and Paul x

GooglePossibly the worst management/ letting agent company I have ever dealt with. Do not use them. It is impossible to attempt to solve a very simple issue with them and the director, Mark, is impossible to get hold of. Stay clear and do not use.

GoogleIf I could give 0 stars I would! NEVER BUY A PROPERTY FROM HERE! After having an offer accepted on a house and doing everything the vendor had asked us to do, including book and pay for a survey, the property got put back on the market and a viewing took place without us knowing - a cash offer then came in over the weekend and the vendor accepted their offer (despite it being lower than what we had offered) We are now left out of pocket and without a house through no fault of our own!! Fisher Wrathall have said it was their fault and it shouldn’t have happened but yet they let it! We are furious and all we got was a measly ‘we’re sorry but there is nothing else we can now do’ NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! EVER! UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR LIVES RUINING

GoogleΙ have done business with them regarding buying and selling some property of mine in Lancaster, UK, and though I was not physically present there (because I am a resident of Greece) they were simply extraordinary! The staff is really willing to help, always friendly, positive and understanding. I could really ask for no more from a Real Estate Agency. GoogleAs a landlord I have received fantastic service from Sarah Hayley at Fisher Wrathall , always very profession, polite, super quick to deal with anything and always gets back to me the same day, usually within the hour ! I cannot fault the service, care and attention to detail shown.
