GoogleTom’s been our go-to commercial estate agent for years, and honestly, we wouldn’t use anyone else.
We bought a 5,500 sq ft warehouse back in 2024, and Tom was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole sale, even when the mortgage lender and their solicitor were being tricky and difficult. He kept things moving, stayed calm, and made sure we were looked after from start to finish.
Since then, he’s continued to be spot on. He keeps us informed about any other warehouses that come up for sale in the area, and he’s also been able to advise us on valuations for other warehouses that were listed with different commercial real estate companies. That kind of support really matters, and it shows he’s not just in it for a quick deal.
All in all, he’s a really nice, genuine bloke that we’ve got a lot of time for. If we ever decided to sell or rent our properties, he’s the first person we’d go to without a doubt.
