Having just completed our house purchase through Fine and Country we have no hesitation in recommending the company and their services. From initial viewings with David who, with a pleasant manner, was always professional and informative, through to final completion with Lauren who acted as our point of reference. Lauren efficiently and proactively ensured the process was on track at all times, maintaining essential communications consistently, impartially and effectively with all the parties involved. Thank you to everyone involved.

Many thanks to Jo, David and Andrea for successfully completing the sale of our house and land. Hard work was greatly appreciated. Also thanks go to Lauren and Rihanna whose support throughout was always helpful and much appreciated.

If you want to get the best possible price for your home, and an early sale, then look no further than Fine & Country. David, and his team, in Lancaster have exceeded all expectations. They have been very professional but dealt with us in a personal way which made us feel so valued. The brochure and marketing maximised the attraction of our home to potential buyers and David, and his team, kept us up to date at every stage proactively managing any potential issues. A big, big thank you to the Fine & Country Team at Lancaster

We sold our house recently with the services of Fine & Country estate agent. I can’t express our thanks enough for the exemplary work Andrea and David and the rest of the team did in getting us to the finish line. Always one step ahead, very proactive. The best selling (or buying) experience we have had in our many years of property ownership. So glad we chose them and would not hesitate to do so again.

Absolutely marvelous group of people. Even though our offer didn't result in an exchange of contracts and we weren't entirely prepared in the end, the agents were very gracious. They gave us so much time in helping us think through our decisions and were a joy to work with. Should we wish to look for property again or to sell a property, they will be first on our list. Thank you!

I have nothing but praise for the staff of Fine & Country's Lancaster office. They have been consistently supportive, available, effective and friendly throughout the long 15 months that it has taken to sell my large family home in the Lune Valley. I could not have asked for a better service.

Highly professional and helpful at all times. Lots of telephone and written communication which was always honest and relevant. There never seemed to be too much trouble to ease the progress for the sale. …
