Got home report as requested so all good and phoned office for a viewing but can only get it for 1pm on Wednesday or Thursday no come and go and no late viewings for anyone who can’t get away from work also emailed agent but not heard back regarding this so can’t really buy a house from this estate agent if we can get a viewing unfortunately

The availability to view the property is at our clients request unfortunately as Residence are not personally carrying out the viewing. We have to respect our clients wishes and work to the times that suit their availability and lifestyle. This should not be a reflection on Residence and i dont believe warrants a 2 star review.
If you would like to discuss this further, please dont hesitate to contact me or one of my team.
Kind regards

Absolutely appalling company
Absolutely appalling company. Abnoxious and highly defensive Agents who show preferential treatment to "preferred' clients, show their frustration and disdain openly and reak inexperience. Company do not respond to complaints. Managers lack the knowledge to be able to handle complaints and ignore. This is very unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. Do not use to sell your home. I feel their practices are not in the interest of the seller and they don't appear to care about the impact of their service on potential buyers. Beware!

Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
