Andrew and Kai were very unprofessional. Would not recommend using them. Disappointing. Virtual viewing was arranged (which i've had with your company several times before) via Kai, just for Andrew to call and talk me through the pics on the website. He was very rude when I explained that this is not what was requssted even lied to me saying ReMax does not facilitate virtual viewings. Derrick who I have had several actual virtual viewings with has never had an issue. Bad service and rude staff (Kai and Andrew). EDITING WITH A RESPONSE TO BELOW: I called and spoke to kai after the email you mentioned, i made it clear i would need a virtual viewing. He then booked me in for one. Andrew is the one who told me that you do not facilitate virtual viewings and instead would only do the phone call. I was not alone when he was saying this so kindly go through your own recordings and listen for yourself.

I purchased a property that Remax Clydesdale Lanark were selling. Due to several issues the sellers had, (one of which was they were buying a property in England) My solicitors had sent various emails to the sellers solicitors without any response.I had the need for several conversations with these guys, as with no communication , it left me totally in the dark and wondering if I was going to have to withdraw from the purchase. Not knowing what is going on is probably one of the worst things you go through as a buyer or seller.Most sales go through within 6 - 8 wks , this was into the 10th.All the team that I spoke to at Remax helped in many ways giving great information, were understanding and were a reassuring link to the sellers commitment to selling and their problems. Without their interaction this sale could potentially have fallen through. Their communication was excellent from the first time I made contact with them, keeping me updated as things happened. The sale finally completed around 15 weeks after my offer was accepted, and I collected the keys from their offices in Lanark.

Would highly recommend Andrew and his team. Andrew put us at ease right away, explained everything clearly including costs. We were kept up to date through the whole process. Access to an app keeps you up to date with viewings which were done by Remax and at closing date the offers. Would not hesitate to recommend, service was great.
