Hi Megan, We're sorry you felt the need to post a one star review. As we explained, this is a very fast moving market and we did inform you that there was other interest in the property. During the couple of days you deliberated increasing your offer the other party was fast to act and offered a price our client was happy with. We then took instruction from our client to accept that offer. In hindsight, a courtesy call before the property was marked as Under Offer would have perhaps been the best course of action.
